The 340 Superior Board of Directors and Advantage Management are pleased offer 340 residents with complementary minor plumbing repair service. If your unit is suffering from a leaky faucet, a running toilet, or a dripping shower please call the management office to schedule an appointment with Tim. Once the appointment is scheduled, Jose will evaluate the problem and suggest the appropriate repair. This is a free service to all residents; the only cost to you is any parts needed for repair.
This service allows you the homeowner a chance to save on expensive plumbing house calls, and allows the Association to conserve energy and dollars.
