As you are aware, 340 residents have the great privilege of keeping pets on the 340 premises. Pet Fees are common practice in many luxury condominium buildings in order to compensate for the added wear and tear on the elevators, for the scuffs, nicks, and scratches on the walls inevitably incurred while escorting a pet in and out of the building, and for the extra time allocated by our hard-working Maintenance Staff to clean the common area hallways, carpeting, and the lobby.
As mentioned in the Association’s Rules and Regulations, Pet Registrations are required for all animals kept on the premises on a FULL OR PART-TIME basis. The annual fee (for dogs only) is $150/per dog. As a reminder each unit is allowed to have up to two (2) dogs. Attached you will find the "Pet Registration Form." Please complete the attached form and submit to the Management Office with your check (made out to the Association) ASAP.
