Dear Residents:
As you are aware, we have the great privilege of keeping bicycles on the 340 premises in one of two locations. The building maintains a secure bike storage room as well as storage racks (on the garage walls) for those preferring an even more accessible location.
Bike Storage Fees are common practice in many condominium buildings in order to compensate for the added wear and tear on the building including the scuffs, nicks, and scratches on the walls that inevitably occur while escorting a bicycle in and out of the building
Please complete the attached registration form and return it to the Management Office Mailbox with a check made out to the association for $50.00 per bicycle.
Once the completed registration form and fees are received, Management will then issue you a Bicycle Permit Sticker to be adhered to the frame of your bicycle.
